Project Description
For this new-build retirement community we developed the interior design approach for the shared spaces and the colours and finishes for three apartment schemes. Based on the notion that you don’t lose your sense of style when you retire, we set out to create beautiful environments that were calm and welcoming — designs with contrast, visual interest, and a touch of glamour. A contemporary take on art deco gave us timeless furniture forms, elegant pared-back proportions, simplicity of line, pattern and form, soft base colours with jewel highlights, and details that generate a wow factor, without ever compromising on comfort.
