Hospital Patient Lounge Official Opening

WELLINGTON BLOOD AND CANCER CENTRE level 5 Patient Lounge. Now here was a space that desperately needed some TLC to come close to being worthy of the patients’ strength and the staff’s dedication. It was an honour to work on this project and I look forward to rolling out these design ideas to the waiting rooms when further funds from Dry July fundraising become available.

Bespoke screens create distinct seating areas so different groups can simultaneously enjoy the lounge with a sense of privacy.

New condensed kitchen with a new feature – a computer table with power and data to assist keeping in touch with friends and family
